Fiesta!

Our friends threw us a Housewarming Fiesta instead of a shower, which was GREAT fun.  Don't get me wrong, I love a girlie shower, but to have everyone there AND have Mexican food?  It was so much fun!  Mom, Dad and Katie came in from Memphis as well as the Cooper-Tanners plus Jana, and Dan and Elizabeth from North Carolina.  We were so happy to have everyone in town.  The weekend was just perfect.

We started cooking first thing in the morning.  There was so much food and drink...it was crazy!  We made crock pot fajitas, magaritas, and several dips and desserts.  Katie got her cupcake on and made the most adorable cactus cupcakes.  She should be on cupcake wars...seriously.

Everything was so pretty and the party was so much fun. We hated for the weekend to end.  So much fun to hang out with our besties!  Thank you everyone for a great party and for "showering" us with love and gifts.  Can't wait for the wedding!

All Aboard the Orient Express

With the Fiesta Housewarming Party this weekend, everyone is in town getting ready for the fun and festivities.  Dad took all of the girls to the Orient Express, which is our new favorite place to eat in Atlanta.  Wonderful food and atmosphere, but what made it even better, was having all of my besties here with me!

Invitations are OUT!!

After a few hours of cutting, tying and stuffing, our invitations are IN THE MAIL!!  Making our own invitations and save the dates was so much fun, but a lot of work.  Thank goodness everyone was here for the weekend to help.
